2/23/2022 March in the Studio DANCE This month we are focusing on one of the most exciting belly dance movements - shimmies! In the Beginner's class, we'll focus on basic technique, strength, and stamina. In the Intermediate/Advanced Class, we'll continue to develop strength and stamina and add in challenging layers. Both classes will end in a fun combination! Live Classes are on Tuesdays starting March 1! 6:30pm EST - Beginners 7:30pm EST - Int/Adv You can now purchase individual sessions and a one month pass, as well as the month-to-month subscription! Check out all your options below. ENERGY HEALING This month's Chakra Balancing session will happen on Sunday, March 20 at 7-8pm. You can sign up for one time or for a month-to-month subscription. For the healing all you need to do is relax in your space. Having a pen or paper by your side will be helpful, so you can write down any downloads or messages you receive. If you have to be up and moving during the healing, no worries - the healing will come to you and integrate when you are ready. The monthly Reiki Infused Audio will be uploaded to the Member's Portal on Tuesday, March 1. Listen and enjoy the audio any time you want take in the energy of Reiki.
