Technique and Lebanese Beats!
Tune up your technique (or begin to learn belly dance) all to the sounds of Lebanese rhythms.

Live Classes are on Mondays!

ENERGY HEALING

This month's energy healing will be on Wednesday, January 12 from 7-8pm EST with a group chat in the FB group to follow.
The theme is embracing the joy and wonder of your inner child.

For the healing all you need to do is relax in your space. Having a pen or paper by your side will be helpful, so you can write down any downloads or messages you receive. If you have to be up and moving, no worries - the healing will come to you and integrate when you are ready.
