DANCE
Heartaches and Heartbreaks
The Arabic classic songs tell so many tales of love, heartaches, heartbreaks, and more. We'll dance to one of these classics in each class.

Live Classes are on Tuesdays!
6:30pm EST - Beginners
7:30pm EST - Int/Adv

ENERGY HEALING

This month's Chakra Balancing session will happen on Thursday, February 17 at 7:30pm. You can sign up for it here.

For the healing all you need to do is relax in your space. Having a pen or paper by your side will be helpful, so you can write down any downloads or messages you receive. If you have to be up and moving during the healing, no worries - the healing will come to you and integrate when you are ready.

The monthly Reiki Infused Audio will be uploaded to the Member's Portal on Tuesday, February 1. Listen and enjoy the audio any time you want take in the energy of Reiki.  This month's audio will be a full Karuna Ki (loving compassion) Session.
